1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IntentBid ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IntentBid.

2. Service Description

IntentBid is an AI-powered proposal intelligence platform designed to help organizations create, analyze, and optimize proposals for government and commercial contracts. The Service includes AI-generated content, competitive intelligence, compliance analysis, and collaboration tools.

3. Account Terms

  • One person per account. Shared logins are not permitted.
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You must be 18 years or older to use the Service.

4. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All fees are stated in US dollars unless otherwise specified. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Your proposals, uploaded content, and AI-generated outputs are yours. You retain all ownership rights to content you create using the Service. The IntentBid platform, including its user interface, scoring frameworks, AI pipelines, and underlying technology, are our intellectual property. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

  • AI output quality may vary depending on input quality and context.
  • You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before submission.
  • AI-generated content does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
  • IntentBid does not guarantee that proposals will win contracts.
  • You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for critical decisions.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
  • Use the Service for competitive analysis of IntentBid itself
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Attempt to access other users' data or circumvent security measures
  • Upload malicious content or interfere with the Service's operation

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. IntentBid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of material changes via email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may close your account.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Washington.
