Your data is stored on US-based infrastructure. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption. 5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each operating under enterprise terms:

  • Supabase: database and authentication infrastructure
  • Vercel: application hosting and edge deployment
  • Google Gemini: AI model for proposal generation and analysis
  • Stripe: payment processing and subscription management

6. AI & Your Data

Your proposal content is processed by AI models to generate and improve proposals. No customer data is used for model training. All AI-generated output is owned by you. We do not share your proposal data with other customers or use it to improve outputs for any party other than your organization.

7. Data Retention

  • Active accounts: data retained while your account is active
  • Deleted accounts: data removed within 30 days of account deletion
  • Backups: purged within 90 days of account deletion
  • Usage analytics: anonymized and retained for service improvement

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Export your proposals and project data
  • Opt out of marketing emails at any time
